AAC Event Spaces
The Library does not charge members of the DU community a room use fee for the AAC spaces. However, technology support, catering, room conversion, and janitorial services are billed by their respective DU departments.
Consider the following when planning your event. These services must be requested separately from submitting your room reservation request.
A/V and Media
A/V and media for event spaces are managed by Digital Media Services (DMS). If you have any questions about the Event Media Request Form or A/V technology, contact Digital Media Services at 303-871-6060 or aac-avrequest@du.edu.
Catering
Catering is provided by Sodexo, and can be requested on their website.
Room Conversion and Custodial Services
Room conversion service and custodial requests are submitted using the Facilities work order system. (Note: this system is only accessible from on-campus networks or DU's GlobalProtect VPN.)
