COVID-19 Operations Update:

As of 9/14/20, the Hampden Center off-site storage facility has resumed limited operations. Hampden Center deliveries to campus occur on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The ULA Amazon Storefront is OPEN. Only electronic delivery of record requests is currently allowed. Book donation pickups are canceled, but we will take donation drop-offs.

The Hampden Center is the University Libraries off-site Hampden Center aerial viewstorage facility. Materials stored at the Hampden Center can be requested online and picked up at the Library Lending Desk of your choice: Anderson Academic Commons, Bonfils Stanton Music Library, Iliff Ira J. Taylor Library, or Westminster Law Library. Deliveries to the Anderson Academic Commons arrive from the Hampden Center twice per day, Monday - Friday, and once on Sundays during the Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. Deliveries are reduced to once a day, Monday – Friday, during breaks, interterms, and the Summer quarter.

Please email the Hampden Center or call 303-871-6700 if you have any questions about Hampden Center services or materials. The Hampden Center is a warehouse that houses materials, and is not a library capable of providing in-person customer service. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

Donating books to the University Library Association? The Hampden Center staff are available, by appointment through the Community Relations Manager 303-871-3958, to pick up your donations with the Hampden Center's two delivery vehicles. Please visit the ULA Amazon Storefront to search the online bookstore.

The Hampden Center also offers off-campus storage for retention schedule records. Please visit DU's Records Management webpage for more details.

In addition to storing materials, the Hampden Center may be of assistance with temporary storage space for DU departments. Given previous experience with construction projects, the Hampden Center may be able to suggest off-campus storage ideas at a lower cost. For more information on this, you may email the Hampden Center or call 303-871-6700.
