COVID-19 and DU Libraries

The Anderson Academic Commons is open for Spring Quarter with restricted hours and access. Please see our hours page for more details. 

Only DU students, faculty, and staff who have been cleared to return to campus may enter the building. Each person must swipe their DU ID to enter and follow all campus COVID-19 protocols, including wearing a mask, social distancing, and frequent hand washing.

Visitor and alumni access is not allowed at this time.

All other University Libraries locations remain closed. Contact the Research Center for questions.

While most in-person library services are closed, we offer a number of online/virtual services:

  • Research Center: Library staff are available via chat and email, or make a research consultation.

Planning for Your Future Visit

When the AAC is open, only currently enrolled students and DU employees who have been cleared for campus access may enter the building.

No visitor or alumni access is allowed at this time. If you wish to plan for a future visit, you can view our policies and procedures for visitors.

At this time, study and events room reservations are currently not being accepted, but study rooms can be used on walk-in basis. Room options can be viewed on the Room Reservations page.
