the appearance of an address book, but the owner used the book as a way to
categorize symptoms and medical treatments, not addresses. The back cover
of book has flap and several medical charts and treatments are inside. There
is a white label inside: "A.L. Esserman; 1575 Gilpin; Denver, COLO. "Belonged
to Dr. Arthur L. Esserman (born 1898) who was an Intern at Children's Hospital
in Denver from 1924 to 1926 and practiced pediatric medicine from 1926 to
1952. |
