Main Library has one self-service copier on the lower level, north-west of the Penrose Collection stacks. The copier accepts Copy Cards for payment.
Cash copy cards can be purchased at the Value Transfer Station (VTS), located on the main level by the Research Desk, for 50 cents which is deducted from the initial deposit. Value Transfer Station accepts bills only; not coins nor credit cards. Photocopies made with the copy card are 10 cents per page. These cards are reusable and additional deposits can be made.

Scanners are available on each level of Main Library: north-east of The Loft on the upper level; on the west wall by the Special Events Room on the main level; and north-west of the Penrose Collection stacks on the lower level. There is a 30 minute time limit on scanner use and copying of full books or periodicals is prohibited. A flash drive is needed to use the scanners.
An ADA scanner is available for patrons with visual impairments. It is located on the main level near the Research Desk. Files are produced in .KES (audio) or .TIFF (visual) format and may be saved to a flash drive.
A microform scanner is available on the main level near the Research Desk. Copies may be saved to a flash drive.
The University of Denver requires a printer/copier card to print to public printers. Printers are located on each level of Main Library. There are seven black & white printers available: one north-east and one south-west of the Loft on the upper level; two on the east wall by the Research Center and one on the west wall by the Special Event room on the main level; and 1 east and 1 north-west of the Penrose Collection stacks on the lower level. Two color printers are available: in the southwest corner of the upper level near the Quinnette Family Reading Room and one on the west wall by the Special Event room on the main level.
Visitors requiring printing can print at a cost of 10 cents per black & white page or 70 cents per color page. Charges will be deducted from your printer/copier card.
