If copies are made with a DU ID card, the cost of a copy is 10 cents and is deducted from your Flex account. Cash deposits to your Flex account can be made at the Value Transfer Station (VTS) located on the main level by the Research Desk. These deposits can be used immediately. For other ways to deposit to Flex accounts, visit the Flex Account Deposit Information web site at http://www.du.edu/pioneercard/. The University of Denver requires a valid DU ID card to print to public printers. Printers are located on each level of Main Library. There are seven black & white printers available: one north-east and one south-west of the Loft on the upper level; two on the east wall by the Research Center and one on the west wall by the Special Event room on the main level; and 1 east and 1 north-west of the Penrose Collection stacks on the lower level. Two color printers are available: in the southwest corner of the upper level near the Quinnette Family Reading Room and one on the west wall by the Special Event room on the main level.
A valid DU ID card is allotted 300 pages of "free" printing each quarter, referred to as your print allowance. When your print allowance is used up, additional pages can be printed using your Flex account. Charges will be deducted from your Flex account at a cost of 7 cents per black & white page or 70 cents per color page.
