The Herold Research Instruction Room is a mediated computer lab classroom managed by University Libraries, intended for library research instruction and workshops. When not scheduled for this purpose, it may be used as a walk-in computer lab, or it may be reserved for a fee for specific dates and times. No recurring meetings will be accepted.
Occasional availability may exist for weekday events during less busy periods of each quarter.
In accordance with this policy and its limited availability, the Herold Research Instruction Room may be reserved in advance by current DU faculty/staff, up to 4 hours at a time, for groups between 10-36 people, for the following fees:
Base fee: 1 – 4 hours $50*, additional 1-4 hours $50*
*Students may book for a discounted fee of $25
Technology fees are additional. Room set-up fees may apply.
