Donor Recognition

There are multiple ways we can provide recognition for your generous gift to the DU Libraries.

Living Library

University Library Association's Living Library Fund provides the opportunity to honor or memorialize someone through the dedication of a library book.

A bookplate that includes the name of the recognized person is added to a University Library book. Notification of the gift is sent to the family or friends of the honoree, according to the donor's wishes.

The minimum donation per book is $25.00.

Donations and gifts are tax-deductible. The amount of your gift is confidential. You can give online or mail your donation.

Make your check payable to: University of Denver Living Library Fund

Book Binding Donor Wall

The Book Binding Donor Wall is an annual giving campaign that offers recognition for donors to the building project on the Book Binding Donor Wall located on the main and upper levels.

To find a specific donor book binding, check our display diagram and online directory, or request the print directory from the Lending Desk at the Anderson Academic Commons. If you don't see your bookbinding listed, or if you are interested in purchasing a book binding, contact Nancy Clark.

Room Naming

As part of the initial building of the AAC, donors who named areas or rooms in the Academic Commons are recognized with signage labeling the space.
