Chat service is available Monday and Tuesday from 9am-Midnight, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-9pm, Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 12pm-Midnight. If no one is available, then please use the "Ask a research question" form or call 303.871.2905.

What if there is a delay?

Please note that you may experience a small delay in receiving your response due to the servers being busy. If the delay is longer than a couple of minutes, please reload the page or call the reference desk at 303.871.2905 to report the problem.

Anything related to research and using library resources at University of Denver. Questions may be referred to other library services. Subject Specialists can be reached by email or appointment.

This service is prioritized for the faculty, students, and staff of the University of Denver. Public inquiries are welcome.

How do I log out?

When you are done with your session, either close the browser, go to a different webpage or simply click here.

What if I can't see where to type in my question?

If you are using Internet Explorer version 8.0, you might need to use compatibility view to see the webpage. If you don't see the place to type in questions, right click on the chat box, and then click on refresh. If that does not work, you could also use the Firefox browser.
