FACTS (Faceted Archival Content Transmission System)

A research tool that searches deep into Penrose Library archival collections. FACTS features digital access to photographs and text, as well as access to information about items, file folders and boxes of collection materials that are not yet digitally available.

What is Special Collections and Archives?

The Department of Special Collections and Archives contains the University's Archives, Rare Books, and Manuscripts; Carson-Brierly Dance Library; and the Ira M. Beck Memorial Achives.

This is a closed stack area and the staff will retrieve items on request. In most cases, Special Collections and Archives material does not circulate.

The staff of Special Collections welcomes questions regarding holdings in the department.
